Explore PackagesFor peak season events (May-September), we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance. For off-peak seasons, 1-3 months notice is typically sufficient. For larger or more complex events, earlier booking is advisable. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
Yes, we service the entire Gold Coast region and can travel to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and northern NSW. For locations beyond these areas, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us with your specific location for a custom quote.
Absolutely! Our packages are designed as starting points, and we're happy to customize any package to match your specific vision, venue requirements, and budget. During your consultation, we'll discuss your needs and create a tailored decoration plan.
We understand that plans can change. Our policy includes a full refund on your deposit if cancelled more than 60 days before the event. Cancellations 30-60 days before receive a 50% refund. For cancellations less than 30 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to our terms of service for complete details.
