When you book our event decoration services, you are entering into a service agreement with Charxli. This agreement is subject to the following terms:
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or signed contract).
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 25-50% of the total fee) is required to secure your booking date.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Changes to your order must be made at least 7 days before the event date and may incur additional charges.
- Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 4).
2. Website Use
When using our website, you agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
- Not use the website in any way that could disable, damage, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the website.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the website, or any systems or networks connected to the website.
- Not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the website.
3. Payment Terms
Our payment terms include:
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
- We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 2% of the outstanding amount per week.
- Additional services requested during the event setup or on the event day will require immediate payment and are subject to availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event: Full refund of any payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- Cancellations 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund of any payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
5. Delivery, Setup, and Collection
Regarding delivery, setup, and collection of our decoration materials:
- We will arrange delivery and setup at the time agreed upon with the venue and client.
- The client or venue must provide appropriate access for delivery, setup, and collection.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows the type of decorations being installed.
- We reserve the right to refuse installation if the venue conditions pose safety risks or if they differ substantially from what was discussed during planning.
- Collection of decorations will occur at the agreed time after the event. Additional fees may apply if collection is delayed due to client or venue reasons.
6. Damage and Liability
Regarding damage and liability:
- The client is responsible for any damage to decorations caused by event guests, weather conditions, or venue circumstances beyond our control.
- We maintain appropriate public liability insurance for our installation work.
- We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific services related to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
Regarding intellectual property:
- All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Charxli and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- We retain the right to use photographs of our decoration setups for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any materials from our website without our express written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Modifications to Terms
